Book Trust

A national nonprofit uniquely delivering choice and ownership of books to children from low-income families. Working with Title 1 schools, it provides a book allowance to students so they can select their own books from Scholastic Reading Club each month, building an extensive home library each year. It provides equity, dignity, and responsibility for all children.
